Booking a consultation is the first step to understanding your distinct situation. Our 30-minute consultation is brief but essential. It will give us a general idea of how we can be of service to you.

However, the consultant may need to gather more information and you may have more questions. As such, a longer consultation is recommended. We have longer consultations, priced at an hourly rate of $99. We thoroughly examine the different pathways, see which one applies to you. We formulate case strategies and address all questions you have. If you then decide to retain us, this consultation fee will be credited towards the full cost of the service you will avail. Through the consultation, BIG Leap Immigration Support and Services will develop a plan unique for your case and we discuss how to make that big leap a bliss.

An authorized representative is a professional legally licensed/registered to represent you for your citizenship and immigration needs, be it temporary or permanent. Not everyone is allowed to do that and harsh punishments are in place for ghost consultants. You should remember that in the event you paid somebody to represent you and that person is not authorized by the government of Canada, your application may be refused or returned to you. We understand how important this is to you, so please check if you are not being scammed. You can always verify through this site: https://iccrc-crcic.ca/find-a-professional/

You may need to take an English test to show your level of fluency in the language. Some programs require a certain band or score. If you find out you need one, it is best to prepare for it to maximize your chance of success.

There are certain factors to consider in processing your application. These include (but not limited to) : the type of application, the number of applications being processed, current conditions of the country/visa office as well the immigration officers handling the case. Once we submit the application, we are in no control of how long it takes to process it. There is a processing tool to give you an idea.

It is important to note that the decision on your application resides solely on the immigration officer of the Immigration, Refugee and Citizenship Canada (IRCC). While Big Leap Immigration Support and Services does not guarantee approval, we commit to working thoroughly on each case, scrutinizing every detail to maximize your chance of securing that visa.
